My experience with the Reset Weight Loss Program started with a
seminar that I attended put on by Cheryl Carlton. I had been
really struggling with my appearance. My clothes were so tight
and uncomfortable that I really couldn’t stand it. I was ready
for a change but lacked the knowledge and the will power to lose
weight. When Cheryl made her presentation, I knew that this was
the answer. The education about good carbs versus bad carbs and
the balanced diet plan supplements made perfect sense. I was
addicted to bad carbs. I needed to get off of them. Through the
Reset Program I reset my body and eliminated the cravings that I
had for these fat storing foods. Then by following up with the

one well balanced meal a day, I was able to loose 37 pounds. The
weight came off steadily but not too fast. I lost on the average
about 2 to 3 pounds a week after loosing 5 pounds on the first
five days of the reset program. I can’t say enough about this
new way of life, because that is what it is, a new lifestyle. I
feel better, look better and am able to do many things that I
wasn’t able to do before. I now exercise and take a real
interest in my health. The reset program has really changed my

In October, 2006 I was facing some
serious health issues. I had four surgeries by August 2007. In that time I
gained 40 pounds…it was so bad that I couldn’t even get into my
“fat pants”! I weighed in at 215 pounds when I started the Reset
program on September 15. On November 1, I had lost 30 pounds.
The meal replacements have satisfied my hunger and my energy
level has been great. I have been in phase one (two meal shakes,
an energy bar for a snack and a low glycemic dinner) and have
been faithfully walking about three miles a day. My goal is to
lose another 15 pounds and maintain my weight at 170. I

Life is a series of choices. A year
and a half ago, I made a choice that will remain with me
for the rest of my life, and that choice involved my
weight.
Like so many others, I have battled
my weight for a good portion of my life. While not
markedly overweight, I always struggled with 15-20
pounds. At my highest weight, I wore a size 14. I lost
some weight through a national
weight loss chain, one that I had tried four
times before, but I was always hungry. I couldn't stick
to the plan after I would reach my goal weight. That all
changed when I encountered some good friends at a
wedding. They had reset their

person! Today I am a size 8 and maintain my weight
within a five pound window to accommodate my active

marathon, several half-marathons, and helped my body

never experienced before have been the product of
changing my eating patterns.

Hi my name is Donna I was in a size

Hi I’m Glenn and for most of my adult
life I have struggled with weight problems.
All the weight loss programs, diets,
books, pill, were part of my life for 30 years.
My story is the same for thousands of
people. I lost weight gained weight and repeated that cycle time and time again.
After my heart attack I worked really hard on the diets, pills, books and every
solution I thought was available. I even went to the Y.M.C.A. a couple hours a

My name is
Linda Johnson. In the summer of 1999 I was diagnosed with adult
onset (Type 2) diabetes. My physician at the time put me on a
regimen of medication (Glucophage) and sent me to a nutritionist
to help change my pattern of eating. After several months on
medication and “trying” to change eating habits I’d had for most
of my life, my blood sugar levels showed some changes – but
nothing significant.
A little over
one year later, while working out at a local exercise
establishment, I met Cheryl and learned about the program she
was advocating. My initial reaction was one of extreme
skepticism; however, after seeing other clients’ successes, I
decided to give the program a try. For 12 weeks Cheryl
instructed me on the program’s philosophy and coached me on how
to make lifestyle adjustments to my way of eating and
exercising. The changes in my life were, literally, dramatic.
My weight loss was approximately 25 pounds; my fasting blood
sugar went from 143 to 95 and my hemoglobin A1c (a more accurate
three month average of blood sugar level) went from 6.4
(indicating I had just become diabetic) to 5.0 (well within the
normal range). Best of all, I felt better than I had ever felt
in my life!
My physician
documented the changes and noted in a November, 2000 letter that
“All of these (numbers) are very normal and would put you in a
nondiabetic range. So at this time, there is no evidence of
diabetes.” I was able to stop all medication and was healed of
diabetes through applying the program’s philosophy of exercise
and diet.
Today, seven
years later, I am happy to say that my blood sugar levels are
still well within normal range – continuing to classify me as a
non diabetic. None of this would be possible without the
instruction, coaching and cheerleader motivation of Cheryl
Carleton and the program. I would not hesitate to recommend
this program to anyone seeking to make lifetime changes to their
health and wellness.

My name is Corey Bricker. When I heard
Cheryl talk about her program it pushed my buttons. The
stages she talks about really described some of the symptoms
I've been experiencing. I just turned 31 in January and
have started to notice significant changes in my metabolism and
body weight over the last few years. I was at 187 lbs when
I started Reset about 2 months ago and am now maintaining a
comfortable 174 lbs. I went from a waist size of 36 down
to a 34 and had to buy a bunch of new pants! That was a
